month refresh 2026.03

journal¶
- The sudden boom of AI Agents has been both fun and terrifying—a mix of risk and opportunity.
- I read a few good books this month. I've realized that having good taste and knowing when to skim are the keys to reading effectively.
- My journey with
nixhas been great so far. I really appreciate the universal experience across multiple devices and having central control over my daily tools and configurations. - The trend of "high promise, low result" weekends has persisted.
- I actually spent a lot of time trying to leverage AI agents on Zig projects, but I ended up not having time to actually read through the implementations.
- The new journal format has given me more space (or perhaps more excuses) to conclude my days using only a few words.
- The Poke-Miku live concert completely refreshed my expectations. It was incredibly well done, featuring grouped performances between Miku and various Pokémon, alongside carefully curated songs, animations, and dances. This live was a true gift to all Pokémon and Miku fans.
conclusion¶
I made a little bit of progress, but nothing that matches the rapid leveling up we're seeing in AI.

- There are a 16,000 new lives being born every hour. They’re all starting with a fairly blank slate. Are you genuinely saying that they’ll all be left behind because they didn’t learn your technology in utero?
